A talented, wonderful woman and artist who expressed herself through many pieces of artwork throughout the years. I can’t imagine painting approx. 50 pieces in 3 years? Is that right?
I will miss my Aunt and her: love, laughter, warm hugs and generosity that I grew up with and knew so well. That cliche’ statement of “twinkle in one’s eye…” was no cliche’ with my Aunt, she truly possessed this. She lit up a room with her positive energy and aura!
I love you Aunt Trudy and know that I always will!
Love Monica P.S. John, I did not know about this website until I looked at the back of the “service” card this morning. Going to explore her gallery. :)
Thank you Monica for your kind words. You have the distinction of being the first person to leave a comment on Trudy’s website.
Your right about the twinkle in Trudy’s eye, her laughter, and her positive attitude. She possessed a very unique and gentle spirit, and was a truly beautiful person inside and out.
She lived a long and fruitful life full of adventure and good times. Cheers to Trudy!
Feeling kinda special being the first poster!
I just went through the gallery again and one can truly see Trudy’s amazing, unfolding progression and moods in something she had a strong passion for.
I take it that you and Francie both worked hard on this site?
I will be passing along the link to her gallery on this site to others!
Thanks for sharing with me and the rest what a wonderful talent my Aunt possessed!
Love, Monica
Good day to all.
I had the distinct & blessed honor of spending time with Trudy the few short months before her passing. The lady was a complete delight!
I met Trudy & her dear husband, Joseph, when I was dating my husband, Rob Mills. Trudy was so gracious & lovely; I enjoyed the few times we all were together. Many years passed… when Joseph passed, Trudy & I were reunited. Our visits were full and rewarding. My Mother accompanied us to lunch and our favorite: tending the plants in Trudy’s backyard. Both Mother and I were gifted with two of Trudy’s beautiful paintings. We will treasure them, as we will treasure her memory, always. Heaven is further enriched by her presence.
